generalized anxiety with severe agoraphobia !!!

i am suffering from severe anxiety and agoraphobia for the last 5 years.in these 5 years i have tried different psychiatrists and psychologists without any luck.i have tried different homeopaths but no luck there as well.can ne one help my situation .. PLEASE !!! my main symptoms include:
1."CONSTANT and presistent worrying" about the next panic attack and what if i need to go outside my house which has been presistent for 5 years and i can actually picture myself in any given public situation (i can think of) having a panic attack and being paralyzed by fear not knowing what to do or where to go.its a terrible terrible picture that my mind paints.

2.severe agoraphobia cannot leave the house without worrying to the point of breakdown what if i get an anxiety/panic attack outside my "safe place".

3.having an anxiety fit even on thinking of going out of the house.

4.generalised anxiety with severe n sudden mood swings feeling blue and restless for no apparent reason.

4.and lack of confidence and feeling "disabled" because of this problem.

thank u for ur reply and concern n yes it s a terrible terrible thing to have.i hope u get better as well.well im 27 and yes a chain smoker about a pack a day and generally i look healthy
6'-1" and 170 lbs.i know that these sensations are not dangerous and nothing is going to happen to me but the mess my mind creates is just AMAZING what ur mind can do to u if its not working for u but this agoraphobia combined with presistent anxiety is driving me nuts.

Complementary to your homeo or ayurvedic treatment ( for anxiety and depression you must avoid taking alopathic medicines ) you can try one breathing exercise which will be excellent.

I guess your breath is very shallow unknowingly accumulating the emotional tensions in the upper abdominal area ( upper half of the area between your naval and center point of the left and right ribs of on your back on a mat or a soft bed without using pillows. First of all exhale slowly and completely and while slowly inhaling mentally count up to 10 or 12 ( just to give a feeling of time period) you can slowly hard press this spot of area (which i mentined in the beginning )with your fingers of both the hand during exhaling mode, hold the breath for a count of 10 or 12 keeping the pressure with the fingers on.
Inhale fully within a count of 10 and free your fingers while inhaling. Do this in the empty stomach in the morning and evening may be after you return from work 9 between 6pm and 8pm )
Every time you do this you will experience drastic reduction of mental tension and accumulated bodily tension.Don't worry or feel concern about the counting of the numbers.. it is required only in the beginning for you to have a feeling of time period.Later you avoid copunting and body intelligence will automatically adjust to a comfortable pattern.

Would like to give more clarity to the Breathing Cycle mentioned above:

0) Lye down , relax and exhale completely
1) inhale slowly and deeply within a count of 10
2)hold the breath for a count of 10-12
3) slowly down press the spot with fingers while exhaling (deeply & completely) for a count of 20.
4) Hold the breath for a count of 10-12
5) Exhale slowly and deeply within a count of 10-12
Repeat this for 10 cycles.

Once you are comfortable with this breathing cycle you can increase the timings of each cycle to double of the respective original counts.

5th one there is a mistake - it should be read as "Inhaling" and not exhaling. Sorry for the error

thank u naman .. actually i have been trying breathing excercises combined with mediation but without much help..i mean they are ok when im a bit relaxed but when i have a panic /anxiety attack esp ven in a public place they just seem to stop workin but thank u fer ur concern n advice

Allopathy Medicines:
i thought you would be already knowing it.
It is the current or modern system of medicine practiced now-a-days all over the world based on symptomatic diagnosis and using medicines mostly made out of single chemical substanes of inorganic origin (.( eg. Paracetamol for fever and mild pain ) and other complex substanes like antibiotic( like Pencillin, Soframycin etc), vaccines etc .According to Allopathy , the rest are alternate therapies!
