Bipolar disorder - Evocationer pls help

Hello, actually I had an account, here it is.

My problem is bipolar disorder.
6 months of low, depression, sadness, lack of energy and enthusiasm followed by 6 months of energy, enthusiasm, energy, self confidence.
I like my up times but have a hard time during my low.

Can you please help me?
