acidity

Dear Dr's,
I am suffering from many years, by profession i am engineer and my age is 32 years.my height is 5 feet and 3 inches.i am married and i have two sons.But this issue was persisted before my marriage. i belong to pakistan and weather remains hot in summer and cold in winter.
i am facing somentypes of issues

1-constipation
2-acidity(due to acidity sometime i felt acid in my mouth and neck and cut on my tongue and mouth)
3-clustro phobia(once i was gastric.acidity issue and i was felt suffocation in my room. At that time i was thinking to break the door and went out side. Still i am facing this issue. I avoid to set and live in closed places,I just new one window and it should be opened.Like now grill or iron net over there.)
4-gastric
5-urine issue(sometime pain, when start first one to two drops are looking thick and yellow. But it is most of the time. Sometime when i used much water urine will be fine and white. Sometime feel iching in my kidney but sometime, not every day)
6-very hot body(specially feet and hands) in summer and very cold in winter.

argentum nit 30

i started before a year. when i started i felt better but now same situation i am using nux vamica200 but i am not satisfy. constipation still persisted.Due to constipation i feel pain in my legs and body and back.pain is something like stress.i need water after an hour.my urine is yellow and if i used much water then it will be fine but i use washroom after 20 minutes.
