This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You will need to post your whole case here. If you look around at other's people's posts you will see the format of the reports people make to receive help.

Homoeopathy does not effectively work for one symptom like this. You have to provide a picture of your whole health - mind, body, emotion, history. It is quite likely that this symptom will not actually be important for prescribing. There is a hierarchy of symptoms/problems in homoeopathy, and weight is given to those high up the scale rather than further down.

There is a bit of a problem with the way you have used the website Remedy Finder.

Don't use a symptom like 'inflammation'. It is too general and will not lead you to the correct remedy (every remedy has it).

A symptom that has 'burning' will naturally have 'better for cold bathing' so there is no need to use this symptom alongside burning. It was itching on its own, with no burning, then it would be a useful symptom.

Don't double up on symptoms. If you have 'itching like crawling of insects' either decide if it happens all the time (so not during stool) OR if only during stool and use only ONE of those rubrics. Using both will unnaturally add weight to any remedy found in both, and you don't want to do that.

You have used two opposite symptoms - 'itching during stool' 'itching better stool' - you can't have both of those symptoms at once.

You have already used the 'itching like insects crawling on anus' - you don't need to then repeat the symptom 'itching around anus' and 'itching around perineum'. Doing this just adds the same remedies into the equation several times. Location isn't really too important for prescribing purposes unless the symptom is peculiar when seen in that location (itching of rectum is extremely common).

'Back pain' is too general. Every remedy has this. It will never help you to find a specific remedy.

Either use 'Back pain morning' OR 'Back pain morning on waking' not both. If it only happens on waking, use that rubric only. If it happens anytime in the morning not just waking then don't use the 'on waking' symptom.

This case has no General symptoms (sleep, appetite, energy, cravings, sensitivities etc) and no mental/emotional symptoms. It is not a complete case, and you will be unlikely to get any cure from a remedy prescribed on just your rectum and back.

Hi,

The symptoms are generic because actually it is generic. If you ask me specific questions I will be able to tell you.

Back pain is not too bad at all, it's a sudden jerk only and does not last long. Nor is there any particular time and it could be totally unrelated to the itching and burning issue.

The primary issue is burning and itching and also there is no particular time for that. However drinking lots of water seems to help as during urinating there is less burning.
