Symptom Form needed
Hi! Someone has recommended me to this forum for some issues I am having and said there is a detailed "form" to fill out about my symptoms. She said to ask for it on the forum and that someone can send it to me. And that once I fill it out and send it in- someone will recommend a homeopathic remedy?Is it possible for someone to help with this? Sorry, I don't know much more then this- if you can provide any more information I would greatly appreciate it.
