Tooth granuloma

Hello,

I have tooth granuloma and i would like to ask you if there is any way to cure it with homeopathic and without opening the tooth. I don't have pain, sometimes just when i press hard the tooth can feel little bit pain and it is almost not visible on pictures. I also have chronic sinusitis, so i'll be taking Hepar sulfuris and Pyrogenium. I read that they could help for teeth problems, so i'm wondering if it is possible to combine with something else.

You may take Hepar Sulph 30 for few days then you should wait and watch.
If hepar doesn't help, thuja 30 is another possibility.
