Cough Around the Throat
Dear SirMy name is Nitesh Kamal, Male 30Years Old
I have problem of Pharyngitis since childhood, when i take Cold food(Curd, Ice cream, Fruits) or Cold Weather problem get started. In throat, Burning Sensation and reddishness shown. After this I take Kali Bichromicum 200 After taking this medicine my throat burning, reddishness goes away, but after that cough around the problem starts little amount of mucus comes out when i coughing, Cough aggravates after Evening, Cold air goes in mouth, cold water, Laughing, or Talking .
For this I take Dulcmara, Rumex, Phosphorus but sometime get relieved but sometimes not.
Plz advise sir

1- is pharynx problem is still there ?
2-Are u able to breath properly?is there any problem in swallowing food and water?
3-how often u cough and at which time of day the most?
4-what is the colour of mucus comes out when u cough?
5-Is there any other effects of cold in ur body?(like headache,pain in body,etc)
6-what are the thing which make u feel better?
7-do u have any other disease now with this cough problem?
8- what are the major disease and surgery u have in ur life time?
9-do u think when all these cough problem started it is because of any major disease or a certain surgery or due to some medication or vaccination?
10- is any one in ur family or relative have these cough problem ?what are the major diseases run in ur family?

AFTER EVENING INCREASE, AFTER GOING COLD AIR OR COLD WATER, DUST
4-what is the colour of mucus comes out when u cough?
YELLOW

WHEN PHARYNGITIS THERE IS PAIN IN FRONTAL HEAD
6-what are the thing which make u feel better?
WARM WATER, WARM WEATHER IS GOOD BUT TOO MUCH SWEAT FROM HEAD, ARMPIT
7-do u have any other disease now with this cough problem?
NOT DISEASE, functional disorder in left side of abdomen when i take spicy food, boiled egg, ghee based foods. pain increases in left side and diarrehea for this i take zenflox oz.
when diarrehea occur then want to take rest don't want to talk with anyone (it is also for pharyngitis)

take one dose(4 pills) of LACHESIS 30c every day at morning in empty stomach for 5 days and report back.do not eat and drink anything 15 min before and after taking the medicine.

yesterday i had eaten momos, now today there is pain in left side, no loose motion but foul gas through rectum.
plz it is a chronic problem since past 7 year, I take lot of medicine nux, arg nit, sulphur, lyco, mag phos,hep suphur but not get relieved.
In April, 2012, I have go through ultrasonography but report says findings are normal.
plz advise
