Treatment of left sided simple ovarian cyst

myself mahesh dabhade residing in mumbai, india. i seek treatment for my daughter aged 19 years & 6 months ,weighing 50 kgs , from you.
sir ,
she is suffering from left sided simple ovarian cyst since last 3 years. during feb 2012 she complained of moderate dysmenorrhea , so her usg whole abdomen was done which shown left sided simple ovarian cyst measuring 5 centimetres ,also she is a known case of congenital right sided cross fused kidneys ( lt kidney cross fused with rt sided kidney ), her s.creatinine , t3 t4 tsh , urine r & m reports are normal.
initially our gynaecologist prescribed her 6 months course of tab. ovral l but cyst remained the same .
then she was treated with some ayurvedic medicines for 4 months but cyst remained unchanged.
due to her hsc exam , then engineering admission ,asymptomatic state & her fearful strong reluctance usg could not be performed during last 2 years. this march last week due to little bit of dysmenorrhea we convinced her for usg , which unfortunately revealed cyst grown to 10 centimetres . our gynaecologist advised laproscopic cystectomy as early as possible , but as her 2nd year engg exam is on ( till 7th may ) we are waiting them to be completed.
last night while surfing net for her treatment options i came to know about you.
right now she is not having any symptoms , she is eating good , no abdominal pain , passing urine normally ,only she has to strain a little bit while passing stool & having little bit of dysmenorrhea ,her menses are regular.
sir kindly advice us & suggest your treatment for her and oblige us .
