Tooth abscess leading to a root canal but the abscess still continues!

Hallo!
I would like to ask you what to do, concerning a homeopathetic remedy instead of antibiotics, since i cannot take them-they cause me awful diarrhea. For one and a half month now i have been visiting my dentist who has been cleaning my tooth but in one week time after the appointment the abscess on the gum appears again and again. My dentist told me that this has been happening because i cannot take antibiotics....so is there any alternative solution for that abscess instead of antibiotics? The tooth is the first molar tooth on the down right side of the mouth....Could you offer me any helpful suggestion?
Thank you very much in advance!
Best Regards,
Sri Vidya
