low sex drive

Hi Dr.
My wife is 31 years old working woman.we have kids. married for six years... We have very healthy relation with my wife. But since from my marriage her sex drive is very very poor.
Don't have sex urge atall
do not feel any kind of excitement during foreplay or intercourse.
painful intercourse.

Initially visited gynecologist...but no result. Is there any medicine which can increase her sex...

How is her attitude towarda family kids and you.Any stress fear now or in past.Any suppressed anger etc Food habits .Any disease suffered in the past .Any test done for thyoroid function .

we have very good relation..

Any stress fear now or in past--No fear or stress..bit tired to maintain balance between job & family..

Any suppressed anger -- YES

etc Food habits .-- in dinner & lunch she preferred warm food.

Any disease suffered in the past .--no such desease
Any test done for thyoroid function --2 years ago...it was good

Body type is Thin. Weight 53 kgs. Height 5 feet 5 inch. White discharge is neither smelly nor itchy

White discharge all the time before period after period .when flow is less or more .any abuse in family to mother sister or friends.Any pain in legs back or abdomen.Any mark on face or near nose .Any suicidal thought to harm self or others .She is friendly or avoid company .She is weepy cheerful in nature.

before marriage it used to happen all the time but now it is less but there is no particular time it may happen anytime before/after period..sometimes if there is more stress it occurs heavily. She is very friendly.mole are there all over the face.Never suicidal thought to harm self or others ..
