dizzy spells and palpitations

Hello everyone! My problem is I have been having dizzy spells followed by palpitations for last ten days. I am a 26 year old healthy female. The dizzy spell is very short term lasting for 30 seconds. But today I dropped a bowl off my hand while having one. I don't know why I am facing this problem. Can anyone tell me? I'll be grateful.

I suggest you get your blood pressure checked
and see if it is too low. See the Dr. first about
this to check on basics ( CBC) complete blood count,
low bp and low iron can be causes of this. Get the
facts first so the remedy can be targeted.
