Kadwa - very pot belly on cat, please advise

Thank you Kadwa for your help with ear polyp kittens, I am very pleased to see their health improving so well.

I have another rescue cat, female, fine-boned, affectionate extravert nature, though can be crabby (not vicious) with her people, and runs off other cats.

She is ex-stray and has kittened this season, she was found in a garden shed with three healthy little kits who have all thrived in foster care. Mama cat has since been spayed after kittens weaned. Her bloods test normal, she had mild cat 'flu, had low grade heart murmur now clear, no abnormalities noticed on physical exam of abdomen. However her belly is pot, heavy, though not a droopy pouch, it noticeably protrudes out the sides, not hollow sounding or gassy. She toilets regularly, has not had any noticeable stool abnormalities aside from being very wide for a cat when she was nursing her kittens. They are still on the wide side, especially considering her fine-boned physique otherwise.

I have given calc carb 30c two doses 12 hours apart, with no noticeable result. I have given lycopodium 30c as previously dosed, with no noticeable result. Kadwa can you please advise on remedy for this girl, I would like to see improvement to her condition before going ahead with adoption. Visitors to meet the foster cats and kittens have all thought she was heavily pregnant, so it is noticeable, and a concern for her future health. The photo does not show how big her belly really is, but she has thin limbs, tail, shoulders, etc. though she is active and jumps well, etc.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her ignatia 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 10 days.
