Telescope Sir: Please help in Lower Back Pain

Hi telescope Sir,

I read your threads and i am very glad that you helped a guy with back pain. May God Bless you!

I am also having some pain in my lower back and I need your advice.

I am Male, 31 years old and Lives in India. I am quite moody and like spicy foods. My height is 175 Centimeters and weight 75 Kgs.

The Problem:
It started 8 months ago, after a 1 hour bus journey on a bad Road of Indian Village.

Afetr Journey, It started to paining in left side of my lower back area (Just above hips). The pain was mild and I didnt take it seriously.

I work in an office and it is a sitting job. It was paining all the day. I applied Pain relieving sprays etc but it didn't worked at all.

The pain was appearing only when I was moving or standing or sitting (with folded legs).

But It was feeling ok when sleeping or sitting on chair.

After 3-4 days, The pain spreaded in My left leg also. It was feeling like needling in my Left Thigh and ankle.

At the same time, I slipped in the bathroom and my pain increased.

Then I get to the orthopedic and he told me some exercises and given some pain killers. Doctor told me that nothing appeared in X-ray and My spine is normal. And that I must have pulled a string in that area.

I also get some physiotherapy Treatment for one week. My pain sometimes started to aggravate and sometimes it was becoming less.

Now after 8 months, The condition is that I dont have regular pains in left side of my lower back. But the pain suddenly appears after 8-10 Days and troubles me. Sometimes it appears in lower back only and sometimes it comes in left leg only and sometimes in both.

However, I always feel uncomfortable in left side of Lower Back area. I feels like stretching and pressure in that area many times a day. Also whenever I bends, It feels uncomfortable and feels pressure and pulling on that area.

And yes, The Pain nowadays is not very high, but it is tolerable.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

buy arnica 30 and rhus tox 30. take arnica 30 three doses per day (morning,noon and evening)for one day and report next day. do not use any other medicine.

if you buy in globules,4 or 5 globules and if you buy liquid 2 or 3 drops dissolved in half a cup of mineral water is one dose. do not use tap water.

Dear Sir,
I Completed the 3 doses of arnica 30c on monday.

No visible improvement is there till now.

Please suggest the next Course of action.

take rhus tox 30 three doses per day in the same manner for three days. if there is improvement or aggravation stop medicine. update in 3 days.

Dear Sir,
I took 3 doses of rhus tox 30 yesterday. From yesterday evening, I have not felt any pain or uneasiness at the affected area.

So I stopped the medicine from today as instructed by you.

However, In the evening I felt some needle like pain in my left Thigh for some seconds (Which occured many days after) and now little pain is there in left side of lower back also.

Please advice for next action.

if the pain persist or comes back afterwards you can take the medicine again in the same manner. these problems generally come back a few times before finally disappearing.

Should I take both medicine afterwards or only rhus tox.
