Dr Kadwa - Really request your help! Please do.
Age: 30Married: Yes
Body type: More fat near abdomen and stomach and am 81 kg with 177 cm height
Issue: Sex Life
Erectile Dysfunction: Negative (Tested 1.5 yrs ago) and blood flow was normal
Masturbation started when 10 or 11 yrs i guess. Penis always felt short and small.
Its been quite a while and till now couldn't perform intercourse with my wife.
Had been under lot of stress due to job earlier which spoiled my personality. Also had issues with my wife and was depressed for a while which made me much anxious with rarely seen high BP (usually normal BP). Have also disappointments deep down.
Erection seems to be fine when seen anything as such but not much harder and consistent during sex. When i try to do intercourse, not sure but suddenly penis becomes soft and small which makes me unable to. Then it doesn't get harder as required and impacts the intercourse. Not sure if its psychological then and i lose confidence and interest. Even ejaculation doesn't happen many a time after this and will need to masturbate to get it out later. Since some time, even stopped in any sex activity for the same reason.
Is it lack of proper and consistent erection required or low libido or both? Please help and advice.
Additional Points:
Right testicle is calcified 15 yrs back.
Left testicle is normal but very mild hydrocyl identified a while ago.
Semen count verified and is normal.
This has become a life issue for me...Kindly suggest
