friend has renal failure

i have a freind that has renal failure (kidney failure)
they want give her surgery. is there anything she can take? she has pain everyday.

Please give some symptoms, because in classical homeopathy we can not prescribe on the name of the disease, only if there are enough symptoms , then we can select the best matching remedy.
