Kind attention Dr.Evocationer could you please help

My daughter has got another sinus cold it's not been 10 days since she recovered from her last cold.
Please help.

I gave her three pills of the silicea 1m.

Please respond. I'm not getting a clue I bring the post but I don't know what is going on. Whether the post is not showing or getting down below.
