Hypotension due to damp weather
Hi,I have occasional problems with low blood pressure due to weather changes. Usually my BP is 120/80 but can drop to 90/50 when weather is damp, foggy and stagnant. On these days I feel completely apathetic and sluggish, unable to do anything. It happens in both cold and hot weather (somewhat worse in hot & humid than cold & humid).
Wind and clear weather ameliorates (though i don't like very strong winds).
Also gray cloudy weather makes me a bit depressive while sun makes me happy.
I'm looking into Phosphorous mainly, since it seems to cover my other Tubercular miasm characteristics.
Aside from Nat-M. which doesn't fit constitutionally are there any other remedies that I might be missing for debilitating hypotension?
