Hydronephrosis

I am a 29 year man have been suffering from hydronephrosis since long back. The cause of this is mechanical UPJ obstruction wothout any kidney stone. In the year 2005 I have gone through pyloplasty operation, but after few year the problem is back.Nuclear medicine urine flow test shows that 10% hydronephrosis of left kidney.PUS cell is in urine and strong back pain is there in the flank. PLS help..

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If its a congenital pathological issue, it can't be helped with homeopathy, you need surgery.

Thank you sir for your reply.. it may be congenital.. but I am not sure.Once in 2005 I have gone through pyloplasty. But I think it was not worked. PLS any help???
