anxiety/panic

Hello, I am interested in rather than resorting to antidepressants for anxiety and panic attacks, to try something more natural. I have read lots about things like taurine, magnesium, glucimate, and b vitamins but from a homeopathic approach does anyone have any advice on remedies and combos? I also get ibs and acid so anything that helps both would be a bonus. But really anxiety is ruining my life and I am seeing a psychotherapist and having some blood tests done next week for deficiency of any kind and I also want to try hypnotherapy but feel I need to be taking something.I did want to go and see a homeopathic doctor but when I looked it up the nearest is a 2 hour drive from me, which with anxiety isn't ideal. Hense the Internet is my friend! :)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Lachesis 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
