Sulph. & Caust. can be took together?

Can I take Sulph. & Caust. together? for vocal chord paralysis, hoarsness of voice, lumber pain, itching, discharge from penis with itching, hair fall. If yes, how to take this medicines? should I take them together or on alternative days or one in morning second in evening? Pls help

at a time and then see the
effects.
