memory issues

i am having the following issues


main issue

memory very weak to remember names and number
very weak concentration
confusion
not sure for anything


other issues
feel lazy and don't want to do any work specially mental work.
cough,sinusitis, dry eyes and skin etc.

Dear sir ,
I am a student living in India.
I want to use
1- Anacardium
2-Agnus Castus
3-Brahmi (Baccopa Monbeiri)
For my memory dysfunction like Forgetfulness, Lack of confidence, inability to recall and comprehend....
Please advise me the most effective potency of each individual and the complete guidelines of Dose (Time intervals....etc.).
If there is a single medicine having all these then please tell me their Name/Brand so that i can buy from India.
