Horse with uveitis

Hello, I hope someone can help me with my horse who is suffering an attack of uveitis. This is the first time she has had this problem, so I don't yet know if we are dealing with Equine Recurrent Uveitis (also known as moon blindness) which I have read is an autoimmune problem, or if it's a one-off attack.

Her symptoms are a watery eye which she keeps closed most of the time, and a faint cloudiness. No superficial damage to the cornea. She has been like this for two days. She is calm and doesn't rub her eye. I am considering Euphrasia 30c, but if there are other more suitable remedies I'd be pleased to hear.

In general she is a friendly and conpanionable horse with a rather submissive character. She dislikes water. Smooth skin and good hard hooves.

She also has corneal scarring in her other eye, dating at least two years back (before I got her). This eye appears smaller, as she doesn't open it so wide as normal. The vet says she has Irisadherence there. Would silica 6c be good for this eye?
