Immune booster for first school experience

Looking to see if there are any remedies to give a 3 year old child who will be attending school for the first time. Most kids end up getting sick very often and my unvaccinated child has not suffered much cold activity up to now. She has had maybe 3-4 colds and one flu.

Any recommendations?

Thank you kindly ;)

Anybody have recommendation to boost immune system before school start? Or should I wait to see IF SOMETHING does catch first?

The process of catching things is what
builds the immune system. You cannot avoid this.

At 3 years and depending how many other kids
are there, they seem to catch more things-
I had my children in pre-school at this age
and they were home more than in school.

It seems to get better around 5 years probably
because there is not as much physical contact
and putting things into their mouth.

Remedies have to be prescribed on symptoms,
so you have to wait.

Kids get sick and then the
body/life force develops resistance and becomes stronger. That is why in usa,
they try to educate people not
to use anti bacterial soaps and
hand wash wipes, because while
one should wash their hands, if
you constantly get rid of bacteria your body gets weaker,
not stronger.
