Kadwa - Cat with pillow foot

Kadwa can you please advise on remedy for one of my rescues cats diagnosed with plasma cell pododermatitis (pillow foot).

The cat is ex-stray male, between 3-7 years old, potentially FIV+ considering his history. He was neutered approx 3 months ago, and has gone from very thin fearful/aggressive to affectionate purry, healthy body condition, good appetite. Teeth/gums normal. Urination/stool normal. Diet mostly raw. Currently small amount of nasal and eye discharge - mild cat 'flu symptoms possibly flared due to stress of being caged overnight for vet visit.

The pads of all four feet are affected, front feet more obvious, pillowy but no ulceration. He is ok being examined, does not show obvious sign of pain, not sure if he just does not like having his feet touched or if there is discomfort.

The vet has prescribed doxycycline for treatment of feet, though I am cautious to use considering he may have immune system disorder if FIV+ and think he would need all the healthful bacteria reproducing that he can get.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Belladonna 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.

If this doesn't help give Merc Sol 30 in the same way.

Can you please give the dosage for administering the Belladonna 30 for pillow foot in a cat. My feral female is about 5lbs and both front paws are affected. I ordered the liquid 30C from your suggested company and received it today. I'd like to start treatment ASAP as she is in great discomfort. I am also giving her liquid lysine for respiratory issues daily. THANK YOU for any help you can provide.
