Low testosterone, Nill erection, No libido

Hello I am 30 year age guy. Have indulged in excessive masturbation since very young age (10 or 12). Continued the excessive masturbation till 25. Always had weak erection till 25 year age. I never had nocturnal emission. After 25 my libido and weak erection started to diminish. All symptoms of low testosterone start appearing. I got my testosterone tested before 1.5 year. It was 298 mg/dl. It is extremely low. But for the last 1 year i am having depression, frustration, mood swing and many other problem. No morning erection, no sexual desire, no erection. I got my testosterone tested before 10 days and it reported 203 mg/dl. At my age It should be at least 600. I never smoke or drink. I have to marry soon but I do not know what to do. I have tried all sort of medicine except homeopathy. Please reply if i can be treated. Can my testosterone level be brought to normal? I am dying from inside. Lost all the hopes from life. Please help me.Since 5 year I am struggling to get myself cured but nothing work. My penis has lost sensitivity. On over stimulation, It semi erect and the glans are very soft.

Also I have lost 80 percent of my hairs.

Please take three doses of Lachesis 200 as follows and see how that affects over 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Sir I have ordered Lachesis 200 but I do not understand that you said only 3 doses in 15 days. Please clarify 3 doses per day till 15 days or only 3 doses in 15 days.

Dear Sir,

Please reply I couldn't understand the dosage. Secondly my problem is very old, it's serious. I want to be cured very fast. please prescribes me some more medicine for swift recovery. My penis is completely insensitive with depressed libido. Please help me.

You should take only 3 doses of the remedy and then you should wait and watch for 15 days. Chronic ailments need long treatment. Things happen over a period of time.

I am sorry because I could not understand the dosage mean so I was taking the same daily for 2 times since three days. Now I shall stop the same.

What should I do now?

Its 10 days since I took the prescribed medicine but the same has not impacted me in any way. Please tell me what should I do now. I did not feel any change in me. I am just what I was earlier. Please help me. I need your help.
