Labrador Retriever ACL Tear

My dog slipped on ice and vet diagnosed partial tear with drawer test. We are doing conservative management, but had a setback when the dog sitter let him run off leash. I read up on homeopathic medicines and have been giving him Ruta Grav. 6C and Rus Tox 6C 3 times a day for one week. I have seen a noticeable improvement, but not fully recovered yet. How much longer should I continue to give to him? Any help will be appreciated

Continue Ruta for a month at least, stop Rhus.
