This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear priv----,

Masturbation is not reason for your weakness. Any habit which shapes upto addiction is very bad. Indulge your self in physical activities (Exercising, yoga, walking, jogging, marshal arts etc.). Take nutritious food (Green vegetables and fruits). Hope this will give you good strength. Keep yourself connected to your family members and be part of any social activity at home or in your society.

Now for your habit, stop watching or reading any material which creates an argue for such activity. As simple breath control exercise which can be done when excitement level starts to rise and it is unbearable:

Take deep breath (inhale)thru nose with mouth closed and then leave the air (exhale) thru your nose keeping mouth completely closed, push as much air you can thru this exhale process. Now hold your breath, and try to push you stomach as deep inside as you can and hold for 10 sec and release. Finally Breath normal. Repeat for two more times. After completing this activity indulge your self in some other activity.

Keep me updated.

Be Blessed,
Nikkie.
