Dr Kadwa n others..pl help ..menstrual trouble evry alternate month

i am 33 yr old unmarried woman.

every ALTERNATE MONTH i get spotting exactly 6 days prior to the expected date for 3 days n after that bleeding starts n remains for 3 days n after that again spotting happens for 2-3 days.
amount of bleeding is just normal.

and during this alternate month i get frequent urination ervyday .

and the next month periods and urination is normal and NO spotting happens.N it comes on expected date.

i have lost lot of body weight in the last few years.i dont feel much hungry.

i m having excessive hair fall everyday.

i am having this problem since more than 3 years.

ultrasound report says uterus is mildly bulky.

ervything else is normal

ashokarihta and patrangasava did not helped ..i had it for 5 month.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Just take one single dose of Medorrhinum 1000(1M) the very next day the periods are cleared & watch for two months & report.
Avoid any other Homoeopathic medicine during this period of two months.
