please save my life.. help me. (depression,anxiety and agarophobia)

Hi any kind doctor please help me out from my life. I am begging to
any homeopath here please help me. I want to write all my problem please read it and help me.

height -5.7 inch

weight -64
sir, I am veey emmotional, sensitive, kind man was veey confident in all but suddenly my life changed and I am in a hell now.In 2010 I went to other city for job searching there upto 3 months I sad and cried and depress 3 months because I didn't get job that time I didn't face anxitey or low self esteem
I back to home and I got insomenia that time my bp was 140/90. I treated by homeopathy all was ok but in 2012 I joined a company. before joining suddenly one day my body trembling, heart palpitations and bp high. doctor told me i am having anxity attack so bp high 160/100. doctor put me on hypertension Medcine Metpure xl 12.5 ( betablocker). the Medcine control my bp but anxiety and heart palpitations more. I got IBS and hiatus hernia vomiting too

in between I got harsh and pain from my coleguge that made be broken down and I left my job in November 2013

I back to home and treated by a homeopathy for nausea and acidity it's not work. I remember he continued nux vomica 30 along with other for 6 months problem not solved so I started self medication and told doctor about bp Medcine that it increases anxiety he told to take some ayurvedic Medcine and and to stop medicine gradualy.. I did and sucess control bp but I feel depression and fear to go public and very low confide.

one day I got panic attack and slight raised bp before I board a train I canceld journey in fear. I got panic 3 times like this begore I journey.

in last November 2014 my uncle taken me hyderabad and I stayed alone in a room for job searching but that was hell time for me.. I didn't even dare ti public place and never goes out I sad and cried continue 1 month then suddenly one day I got a vertigo and buzzing in ear with pain and I scared more and back to home. now I am unemployed. in bettwen I want to say from November 2013 to may 2014 I never go outside from my room.. if I go any where with somone and I got panic attack

now my problem is that I don't want to go psychatrist for treatment coz he will put me in medication and my life will be hell I believe homeopathy so I will be fine if any honest or good doctor can help me
from core of my heart I will pray for him and his family upto my last breath

NOW MY PROBLEM ARE -

1- Angry very much with suddenly mood change, Irritate in small small things Specialy to my wife with whom I marraied in last month.

2-
i afraid crowd, don't want to go alone outside

panick attack Sonetimes but begore go market I anxiety and before meet anyone I anxious more.

3- i am thinking how I will board a train if I get attack, if I sick, if my bp high, if I got vertigo and if something happens to me. like all time I am thinking.

4- no courage no self confidence. (but 8 years back I was students leader and very brave high confidence)

5- agarophobia and avoiding situation to meet people and all

6- sometimes I little say to other "I will suicide ""
7- veey afraid to all

just I want to tell before my marraige I taken 10 days a Medcine

argentium nitrecium 30 c

it worked miracle for me. I didn't afraid crowds and
all but I stoped that Medcine after taking 10 days.

so now I request to all good doctors please take my case seriously And prescribe Medcine which will give my self confidence back and I will not afraid to journey a place and I can search a new job or do some course for new job staying alone in other city. cure my depression if I have.

I very much needy for homeopathy medicine which will give my courage and confidence back.

now I purchased again aurum metalicum 30 and argentium nitrecium 30c for my problem.. how it will work??

I want to say my bp controll 120/80.. not taking any Medcine from last 9 months. but when my anxiety more it suddenly high to 140/90 sometimes during panic attack.

I really sure about argentium nitrecium 30 so pls say some other remedies if required to give my confidence and courage back.

FYI - i never tried to suicide and very much afraid of it. when angry or depression I say about it.

please don't send me to psychatrist. I don't want to mad by there Medcine. I belive and know the power of homempathy so please help me..

I applogies for my long email but tried to explain all things so that it will good for treatment.

one more information I want to give u. I feel the low dosage of homempathy work better for me and now from last December when I got vertigo while walking on a road a buzzing sound in my left ear

I feel it only when I am in bed.
please ask me more questions if required but am begging you all save my life..

if you got good results from argentum nitricum take it again. this time do not take daily. take one dose and see how it affects. if you get good results repeat only when symptoms come back.

use only one medicine at a time. after taking the medicine observe its effect. we do not know how it will affect your depression. so let me know how you feel three days after taking the medicine.

thanks a lot sir, I will use one remedy as u told. I forgot to tell u before some days I taken one dose of argentium nitrecium 30 it controlled anxiety but not controlled anger so I wanted to go for staphysagaria so again I will put argentium nitrecium 30 today it self. I did a mistake last time I taken continue 3days
so I got skin rashers with some burn like mark like a hole. is it possible overdose of argentium nitrecium?

it could be. allopaths use argentum nitric um to burn tissue. proper antidote to argentum nitricum is natrum mur. it is safer to have the antidote before you try certain medicines.

one more question.. my depression symptoms somehow match to arsenicum album. can I try arsenicum album for depression +anxiety?

it will be antidoted to argentium nitrecium?

one more thing I want to
say many homeopathy never share there knowledge but u r different so I really respect u. before I read that a homeopathy dose has a duration. what it mean? argentium nitrecium has 10 days and arsenicum album has 40 days. what it mean?

matching a remedy is a very difficult task. you need a guide for that . we can find out whether arsenic matches your symptoms. you will have to fill up a questionnaire for that. every medicine has a duration of action. this duration varies according to the potency used. certain medicines act for very short duration like a few hours to one or two days. there are others that act for longer periods like 30 to 90 days . both argentum nitricum and arsenic um album are long acting remedies. duration of action of argentum nutricum is 30 days. and that of arsenicum album is 60 to 90 days. this is however for potencies 1m and above. the 30 potency of both may work for 3 to 7 days.

I am a anxiety patient, little better now. I learnt few things over the years.
1. be with the best homeopath you know.
2. kali phos 6x tissue salt in hot water temporalily helps in anxiety.
3. coffee really was bad for me
4. mindfulness meditation helps.
5. sleeping is very important to control anxiety.
