Frequent projectile vomiting in toddler

My daughter is 18 months old. She weighs 9.3 kgs. Her birth weight was 2.9 kgs. She is a very fussy eater. If I feed her anything solid, she generally spits it out after the second or the third bite. So I feed her everything in liquid form. I do give her solids, but she prefers to go hungry after a bite or two.

She always had a tendency to vomit. The frequency of vomiting has increased with age. She now vomits almost everyday after a meal or two.

In a day I feed her three main meals and three small meals. The mail meals are breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast include chapati with milk and banana or cornflakes with milk in chocolate or strawberry flavor or masala oats or masala poha. Lunch includes khichdi of rice or daliya or sabudana and mixture of dals and vegetables. Dinner is soup of mixed vegetables and multigrain chapati. The small meals are spaced in between the main meals and I give her fruit juices, mango shakes and suji or musuli with milk.

Please help me out. I do not know where I am going wrong. She is otherwise an active and cheerful girl. She immediately starts playing after vomiting. The vomits are projectile in nature. She doesn't seem to be putting any extra effort to vomit. But she does seem to be trying hard to keep the meal down. She either vomits immediately after the meal or during the meal.

Hello Dr Sharma,

My daughter is 8 months old. I was just wondering whether a dose of 200 potency is too high for her. Also, I have read that Nux Vom or Nat Phos will be good medicines for my toddler. I haven't given her any of these because I wanted some expert to advice me on this. Please recommend the best medicine for her. Thank you.

In my opinion it is a indigestion. There is a over feeding. Pl stop it. make it very simple and digestible.
Then only medicine can work
Do not give nay artificial flavours.
