Skin problems, what is the underlying cause

Hi. I am a 42 year old and have been suffering from skin issues since my mid to late 20's.

I've had psoriasis since my 20's. I keep it clear with a steroid cream from my derm. But I've tried multiple things to clear it naturally and it's never gone away. The only thing that works is the cream I use.

As I approached my early 30's I started getting acne. I never had it as a teen. It exists on my face, chest and back.

Most recently, I have acne mostly on my neck area, right under my jaw line. They never really turn white, but stay more like a bump and take awhile to go away.

As well started developing white hard bumps around my nose the derm called milia (?).

I really want to cure what could be the underlying cause of the psoriasis and acne.

I did start a regimen of turmeric masks and drinking turmeric tea, that is my latest thing to try and cure me.

Anyone know what it could be?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Can you please post pictures of acne area & bump if possible?

homeopathy regards skin disease as the attempt by the body to get rid of poisons produced inside on account of wrong thinking. this is a natural process. if you apply external medicine you merely suppress it. the theory of chronic diseases is based on this simple fact. so long as the disease is on the skin your internals are safe.
