neck and wrist pain due to accidental fall.

I got my wrist and neck (both right side)sprained about 2 months ago.My present age is 28 years.During my teenage I suffered a neck fall and had to undergo ultrasound therapy and some anti inflammatory drugs. But since then I had never taken any allopathic medications for any pain in the neck. After the neck and wrist pain I tried arnica200,ruta6,rus tox6,and lastly calcarea carbonica 6.None of them worked. In between i suffered from flatulence and diarrhoea and i was relieved by taking nux vom 30.The wrist pain can only be felt when i put my palm on a support and transfer the weight on the palm.on rolling the wrist also the pain can be felt. The neck pain increases while swinging the neck slightly from left to right. It is helped by wrapping hot water bags around the neck or hot table salt packed in thin cloth wrapper.I am claustrophobic and the very thought of travelling in buses over long distances or in packed auditorium causes anxiety. In such cases i feel an urge to urinate frequently.I am also very shy and find it hard to communicate. This anxiety started when i was a class 8 student and had to suppress the urination urge in a tutorial class room because i felt embarrased to ask the teacher concerned to go to the toilet.I have history of mild scrotal dermatitis, dandruff and mild eczema in the temples.I am looking forward to get rid of all these problems.
