my brother problem started with loose motions,nasea,admmited to hospital cect of abdomen was normal,no elevated platelet countwbc normal,but pain infoot ankle area and shoulder rhemutogist says might be case of vasculitiscyberravi2002 on 2015-07-03

Please give him Belladonna 200 twice a day for 3 days. If this doesn't help give Nux Vomica 200 in the same way.

My brother is having fever in evenings apprx 99 daily with pain and stiffness in fingers, sholder right, and ankle besides he had taken antiobiotics for sinus but pain is still there in the said joints all reports are normal cect od abdomen, wbc. platelet count no clinical features seen except mild fever plz advise

You have to give remedies one by one. If the aforesaid remedies fail to work give Rhus Tox 200 in the same way.
