Dr Nawaz:Molar root is infected to a extent of extraction

I visited the dentist other day and he informed me that infection is spread in the root of upper right molar that even the bone is beyond repair and almost gone. Molar need to be extracted asap and bone need to be grafted/implanted.
Since this is a Molar on upper right side it can effect eyes nerve, brain nerve etc. after using antibiotic for 3 days I stopped and start taking arsenic. I don't have staphystagria yet. I should get it by Monday hopefully. Would I be able to hold on to my molar condition. Meaning it does'nt get any worse than it is. It has been two days using arsenic can I start calc flour in the meantime. I noticed that molar has such a bad infection that portion of a gum is kind of disappeared.

I can't go for surgery due to financial constraint it will take me some time to mobilize my financials.

I greatly appreciate your help.

I visited the Endodontist other day, and Endodontist informed me that the infection has spreaded in the root of upper right molar to the extent that even the bone is beyond repair and infection has destroyed the bone. He suggested that Molar need to be extracted asap, and affected area needs to be deep cleaned from infection and bone need to be grafted/implanted. This is a very costly procedures I cannot afford to do it immediately due to financial constraint. If I can get some time to get finances together to go through the procedure. If I had a choice, I definitely would have not gone for it. To tell you the truth this is the second time in my life that I have used antibiotic. Dr. has given me the appointment of August 8 saying you are taking this risk upon you.

Since this is a Molar on the upper right side, it can affect eyes nerve, brain nerve, etc. Even after completing the antibiotic course affected molar has not fully recovered I can still see the infection. It seems like gum has receded by a quarter of an inch in that area.

I would greatly appreciate if you can recommend a remedy for me. If I can totally get rid of the infection, personally I would not go for extraction and implant at all. I don't have pain at all. I can chew from the affected side though I am trying not to do it. Swelling is almost gone (90%) there is 10% left, it is just receeding of gum is making it a horrible picture of my teeth. While brushing teeth, i have no problem or sensitivity.
During last five years or so every dentist has informed me that its your saliva that causes plaque buildup and that has been the factor causing bone loss in four-six molar. The only thing they can do was to clean teeth frequently. I have been going to the dentist for clean up every 3-4 month for the last two years. The other factor is that everybody in our family has some teeth problem, I know 2-3 of my sisters have had pyorrhea these are one that was detected. I am sure others sibling have some dental issues.

I greatly appreciate yours advise.
Thank you
