Periapical tooth cyst pain while on constitutional Puls. Please Help!

I would appreciate any advise here! I started constitutional treatment with Pulsatilla (10m, 3 days 1 pellet at night) on May 14,2015. I was improving overall (mentally and emotionally), but got two "colds" one during the 5th week, one 8th week (now). I say "cold" because it goes with no fever, may be slight if at all, extremely sensitive skin everywhere, esp. scalp, and inflamed tonsils. First time it went away after 2 days, only leaving pain from my old periapical cyst (at my "eye' tooth on the left) for two more days, went without taking anti inflammatory pills. This last one is so much worse - i had very little fever again, extreme sensitivity of skin to touch, tonsils with pus in them and painful swallowing especially on the left, palate red and full of tiny red vesicles, and along the molars on the inside of cheeks there were tiny white spots (lie Koplick spots in measles). Now it is the fourth day, no pus from tonsils is gone, but swallowing still pretty painful and for two days my cyst is driving me crazy. i am about to give up and take anti inflammatory, can't get hold of my homeopath.. This pain is like someone stabbed something into the nerve opening and is pulling it and twisting inside - the trigeminus nerve spots under the eye and at the eyebrow area on left. Is there anything i can do? is it likely to be the development of Puls. treatment, and I have to make effort not to take anything allopathic? I can't stand the pain! Only heat helps in any form - dry/wet: sauna, or sticking my head into the open preheated oven, bottle warmer, etc. Heat and pressure.
