Urethral tear

Hi my son is 6 and 1/2 yrs old and he met a accident in which his urethral is tear.So doctor has done supra public catherisation an now he is on catheter. Did by homeopathy medicine this gap between the urinary bladder and the urethra can be developed. Since doctor has advice to keep him on catheter for 6 months and after that they will do his open surgery. Please advice me.

Please give him Arnica 30 twice a day for 7 days and then Hypericum 30 twice a day for 7 days. Then again Arnica 30. Please give him remedies in this fashion for 2 months.
