General eye weakness
I am a 38 year old male and works in BPO industry doing evening shift.I sleeps at 2AM and works on computer all day.
As a result i feel my vision has started getting weaker althogh minor. Also eyes are strained and water come out on some occasions.
I used to wear spects with number as 0.25 left eye and 0.50 right eye. but not wearing since long as didnt felt need.
I used Refersh tears eye drop for some time and also used Ayrvedic medicine Ujala. But feels vision is getting weaker at very slow pace.
Is there any eye drop you can advise me so that i do not face any challenge in older age?
