Dr Mohla, seek your advise desperately

i am 33 yr male unmarried, since childhood i was allergic to cold and always tend to avoid cold drinks, fruits like guava, pine apple, oranges, banaane and icecream..In 2008 i ate ice cream in a marriage and suffered a severe attack..there was continous white cough, stuffy nose, sweating, feeling uneasiness..i consulted allopathy who diagnosed its allergy rhinitis and they gave me some medicines which gave me tmporary relief. my life became so miserable due to this as i was not able to do anything and persistent white cough..then i started taking homeopath in 2009 and got some relief but no permanent releif. i continued taking this homeopathy for allergy rhinitis and left side neck pain( not cervical as per x ray)...i had some relief for these two prob. During this time i was living in delhi and working in IBM having odd shift timing..In 2011 i had Anxiety attack due to which my bp also rose to 160/90, very uneasiness, palpitaion...because of so many ailments i left delhi and came back to hometown patna. here i started taking homeopathy for all these problems allergy rhinitis, anxiety, bp( now 140/80), left side neck pain
( throbbing which really makes me futile)..i took medicine of one doctor for almost 1 yr but did not find much improvement,, hence switched to differnt one and another..currently i am taking medicine of one homeopath located in varanasi..he is giving me medicines for 1.4 yr which works well when i take medicine but all prob come back even if medicine is left couple of days which really upsets me..hence i am thinking of leaving this doctor as well...along with these problems i also suffer from sever Acidity like situation feeling pinch in throat, seems something is boiling sensation in throat and oesophagus, i did research and found NAT PHOS 6x on ur webiste which i am taking since yesterday to get rid of this acidity which has made my life hell... In nutshell, i am suffering from chronic allergy rhinitis, anxiety, mild high BP, left side neck pain which radiates to wrist( no pain in between) and acidity...i have started taking nat phos for acidity, need help what else medication can be taken to address all the issues.. ---

normally i am a very sharp minded person, but life has become miserable due to left side neck pain, allergy rhinitis and currently this acidity like symptom...i visted pain specialisst and ortho and my neck report comes normal..doctor say its just muscle pain but does not go away after taking medicine...i also took several session of physiotherapy which gives temp releif but pain comes again..it specifically pains at the point where back neck touches the head..ther i feel like lump when it pains severely..one homeopath said my vein/nerve has gone under muscle which i did not understand..i gave up job and currently not doing anything..2yrs ago elder brother aged 37 passed away and last yr father..i am the eldest with lot of responsibilities..i become depressed and anxious thinking about my future.. realtives keep howling at me why dont u go abroad, u are so talented but only i know how i feel from inside..when i have releif in my prob i really become very active and energetic feeling on top of this world but once prob starts i become futile..everytime i had allergy attack i used to take antibiotic which appears also has a bad effect on my body...my condition did not improve until i took antibiotic in combination with anti allergy medicine..i dont know whether it will be helpful but would like to share..when i was in 6 class i got habbit of hand practise from friends which i did badly for 3 yrs and due to this became patient of sexual diseases like excess nightfall, PE which i took treatment from ayurvedic doc back in 2000 and got cured, but still i dont have ejaculation delay power now as i used to have before...i feel tired and lack power...taking medicine for almost a decade for one or another ailments..
