hair loss
HI. 21 year old female . suffering from chronic hair fall from past 5 years. I think it's probably hormonal as I have gained weight. Maybe pcos as I have other signs of hyperandrogenism and insulin resistance. However my cycles are regular . please suggest effective remedy for regrowth especially in frontal region. Falls out as one or two.
I have slight hirsutism , acanthosis , weight gain , oily scalp . hair in body (around umbilicus) cycles are regular. ( haven't been diagnosed as pcos as I'm yet to do blood work ).

I have noticed increased shedding of shorter hair . ( that could be because of using minoxidil? )
