Hairloss from all over the body

Hi,

I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism some 4 years ago,took some allopathic medicine which was in pills twice a day after using that medicine for 2 months my thyroid levels become normal but hairs started to fall from all over the body,on head they were more from sides and back of head.There was also fatigue, shortness of breath.after 6 months my throid levels again go up this time consulted a homeopath,with his medicine my throid levels become again normal,but other symptoms were still there so took medicine for those symptoms but of no use.its been 2.5 years my thyroid is normal but hairfall is there with fatigue.
2months ago consulted and other homeopath who have given me the following medicine
1.pulsatilla
2.phosphorus
3.lechsies
4.belladona
5.lycopodium

During using these medicines hairfall decreased a bit.Now the hairloss from head has increased alot it is more on sides and back of head,whereas body hair loss has decreased a little.
i always have more sweat on my left side of body,there is always a little pain in my left testicle.Have alot of hair on body.The muscle mass is very low.

last time i had taken the lycopodium which increased the hairfall a little bit.

so kindly suggest me a remedy according to my symptoms.
