How to regenerate damaged nasal cartilage

Dear all,
I am an allopathic doctor - I have a patient who was in a car accident whose nasal cartilage on both sides has become squashed and dented badly due to the hard metal banging into the sides of her nose - there is a signficant depression in the contours of the cartilage, which is affecting the patient's appearance. While bony injuries of the nose will heal completely, in allopathy there is no remedy for damage to the cartilage of the nose. Can someone please guide me as to the remedies required to regenerate the damaged cartilage and restore the former outlines and contours of the nose?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Its Argentum Metallicum, Kindly do some research on it before giving it to the patient. I would be posting the relevant text very soon.

My second choice would be Arnica.

According to Dr. Huber, silver (Arg Met) acts principally upon the following parts:
1. The articulations. The action of silver upon the articulations is so uniformly the same and so certain that but few remedies equal it in this respect.
2. The bones, especially the long bones.
3. The cartilages, particularly the cartilaginous surface (cartilages of the ears, Eustachian trumpet, tarsal cartilages, cartilages of the nose, false ribs, etc.).

Arg Met is a deep acting remedy and must not be repeated too frequently. A single dose of 200 potency might be given and observed for a period of 15 days or more.

Thank you very much. I'll ask the patient to try that.
