Abdominal Issues

I have had issues with bloating for some time now. No matter what I eat, I feel terribly bloated. I could take a sip of water and I feel it starting to bloat. It feels like a ton of pressure. Also, if I have to use the bathroom and wait more than a few minutes, my stomach begins to hurt. Pretty much in pain anytime I have to use the bathroom until I do.

There is a chance I have a sensitivity to wheat but I get bloated from even the simplest of foods.

I also have other issues I need help with...

I have been suffering with Dry Eyes for 1-2 years. I normally wear contact lenses but haven't been able to wear them much. Some days they are fine and others I put them in and then have to immediately remove them. I have been using these homeopathic drops which give relief at times, but I need something more permanent. Attached is a pic of the drops.

I have had nail fungus on my right thimb as well as both big toes. My toe nails are also extremely thick. I am attaching pictures. I am a 36 year old male.

Last Issue...Back Acne. I barely ever get pimples on my face yet I get outbreaks all over my back always. I started using Dr. Kings Acne control 3 days ago with no noticeable change yet. I don't know how long it is supposed to take.
