Apoorva,

How long have you been 75kg?

How are your periods? On time? Any problems with them?

List what you eat on a normal day?

How long have you been eating this way- ( as above)

Have you had a CBC ( complete blood count done?)
You should list the results of that to see red blood cell count,
iron levels and so on.

Fill out answers to:
http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/188925 in detail
and put those on this post, so that there is basic info about you to prescribe on.

Sir kindly prescribe me the medicine

Apoorva bangroo 8 years ago
Hi-

Please take 3 doses of Phosphorus 30c. If pills dissolve 3 pills in
a couple tablespoons of water and take out one tsp as one dose.
If liquid use 2 drops int two tablespoons of water and take one tsp
as one dose.

Take one dose in the evening 15 minutes before or after any food or drink.
Do this for 3 nights in a row.

If, after dose one or two- you feel worse, or way better, stop at that dose.

Report what you notice 24 hours after the last dose you took.

I was waiting for Sabkamalik to respond but it seems he is not going
to prescribe.

Hi apoorva,

as per simone's advised please go ahead with dieting plan and remedy.

let her know the results.

I think you know about pranyam by baba ramdev.

2 pranyam will give very good results to u

1- kapalbhati
2- anulombilom

please try to see the video manual of both 2 pranyam and do slowly if u can. there are many free yoga and pranyam programe by patanjali ashram so try to find out near your place If u can.initially start with 10 minutes programme. 5 minutes kapalbhati and 5 minutes anulombilom. very slowly.

don't do if u confuse how to do this by seeing video manual. it will be best if u can go for a yoga and pranyam guruji.

one more home remedy is there it helped me a lots burning my stomach fat

every morning you can take 1 glass of luke warm water and add 1 or 1andhalf tea spoonfull honey.mix it properly and have it in empty stomach 1 hour before breakfast. sometimes it works wonder.

but don't take any other herbal remedies along with homeopathy remedies without asking to somone.

I tell you there are lots of fake advertisement in TV for sliming programme. they will take all money from you slowly so don't trust on them. just try to reduce weight by natural way.

Hi simone,

what your advise on honey and luke warn water home remedy. it will be ok for her along with the remedy?

good luck

sabkamalik1 8 years ago

I don't think of honey and luke warm water as a remedy- just as a healthy
drink- I have honey and lemon in luke warm water every morning.

simone717 8 years ago
