Mental Tension / Cramping - What do I have?

Hi,

I am a 24 year old male from Sydney, Australia, currently positively diagnosed with Lyme Disease (borella + bartonella)

2 years ago I took LSD which caused me to have a 12 hour long panick attack and end up in hospital with severe cramping in my chest which led me to beleive I was having a heart attack (this was not the case).

I woke up the next day in the hospital and i still had these cramps in my chest. The doctor said I would be fine by the following day, so I went to sleep (at home) woke up and the cramps were gone, but when I thought about my chest and the cramping they would instantly come back and cramp up again. This problem has been with me ever since for 2 years.

Basically anytime I thought about my chest which became a compulsion and a 24/7 OCD type obsession it would cramp up to the point I would be in excruciating pain, but if my mind was taken off the thought, so if I was asleep or in a very fast paced activity or a conversation that could get my mind off it, for 5 minutes the cramps would disappear until i realised and thought about it again.

For 1 year I dealt with these cramps and slowly realised it was a mental condition.

One day I thought of my throat and basically the cramping then moved to my throat instead of my chest, so I couldn't swallow properly and was constantly in pain. After 2 months, I focused on my sternum so now i had extreme trouble digesting any type of food, and evantually the cramping then moved back to my chest which after another 6 months I learnt to live with and deal with and still live a normal happy life but still in pain everyday.

3 months ago, I was watching television and then my mind thought of cramping my eyes. This has been the worst out of any of the last places on my body my mind has fixated to. My eyes are so sensitive I can barely look at the sun without experiencing some pain, my eyesight has gone 50% worse, and due to the tension in my eyes and around the top of my head now, I am losing my hair as the tension around this area is where my hairline is so i've gone from a full head of thick hair to now an EXTREME rapid receding hairline and almost all the hair on my head dying and falling out every day.

This eye cramping is the worst and changed my quality of life from 80% to 10%. If I could move the compulsion back to my chest I would be insanely happy, or if i could cure this mental issue I don't know how to explain what my life would be like.

I just want to know if this condition is related to the lyme or whether taking the LSD was the culprit as I never had any mental issues before the LSD.

Ive been googling for 2 years trying to see what this problem would be diagnosed as? Whether its OCD or some type of mental issue. If anybody knows the name of what you think this is or a homeopathic remedy you think might work this would extremely appreciated.

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
homeopathic treatment is patient specific whereas allopathic treatment is disease specific. if you visit a allopathic doctor he must know the name of the disease in order to treat you . without that there is no treatment. whereas if you visit a homeopath he will take your symptoms and try to find which remedy fits you . there is no need to know the name of the disease. even if you are suffering from some rare disorder or completely unknown disease homeopathy can take care of it. to find out which medicine you need your symptoms are necessary and you have to answer some questions. if you are interested I can send the questions.

1 Name
Julian P
2 Age
24
3 sex
Male
4 Height and Weight
188.9 CM | 72KG
5 Main problem
Being able to think about a body part and instantly cramp it with my thoughts / mind. Currently cramping my eyes which makes them extremely sensitive, have lost a lot of vision and noticed extreme hair loss due to constant pressure around my head and eye area. The thoughts create physical pain and even though I know they are causing damage i cannot stop the thoughts or ignore them.
6 Other problems are Lyme disease with co-infection of bartonella but i do not think they are related
7 The problem is better or worse from (heat/cold/movement/rest/pressure)
Problem is only better when sleeping when my mind is completely at ease
8.Appetite and thirst (excessive/ normal/less) with likes and dislikes for different tastes and food
Appetite is normal.
9 Preference for climate (hot/moderate/cold/dry/wet)
Moderate
10 quantity and quality of sleep with preffered position.
Quality of sleep is poor as before bed most times I will say to myself “you are going to have a terrible sleepâ€Â. I cannot stop these negative thoughts. But I will generally sleep 9 hrs with periods of waking up for a short moment. Position is on the side
11 dreams if any.
Went from very vidid dreams daily to now No dreams lately
12 Perspiration (how much and where
Under arms mainly, normal amount
13 Stool (hard/soft/normal) and frequency.
Normal, once per day
14 Urine (quantity/colour/frequency) difficulty if any.
Constantly urinating, colour always changing from dark brown / yellow to clear white.
15 Describe yourself as a person.
Insecure and introverted yet attention seeking. Money / business orientated, not many friends. Some sociopathic traits due to poor child hood.
16 Opinion of other people close to you about yourself (extremely helpful to the doctor if provided)
I guess very opinionated and self centred.
17 Family medical history (parents/ grand parents/brothers/sisters)
Mother hepatitis c, vaginal cncer, celiac disease. Father nothing. Step brother major health issues but unaware what they are.
18 Treatment taken in the past.
