This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Letting go for us humans is a very difficult thing to do and breakups can be very deppressing specially if u had some very goodtimes and then are dumped for no fault of yours.
Don't waste ur life and time on someone to whom u mean nothing. Be strong and sensible take it like this that u are too good for her maybe she does'nt deserve u and have faith somebody who's best for u will comeby soon. Good luck. Its all in ur head medecines can help u but not forever try changing the way u think and u'll feel better.

Hi Nsjus, I would suggest you go and see an acupuncturist. I have suffered with depression and anxiety and tried many things. The only one thing that helped me was acupuncture and chinese herbal tablets, they could help you aswel.

Hope you get over this feeling of depression very soon.

take care.

My sympathies nsjus. I went through a harrowing breakup last year and know what you are going though.

I would recommend the Australian Bush Flower Essences Bottlebrush, Boronia and Waratah to help you in this time of upheaval.

I used Bottlebrush and Boronia very successfully during my breakup. I felt the benefit after only 1 week!

Bottlebrush is used to help facilitate change and help you move on.

Boronia is the 'heartbreak' essence. Used when you have pining and repetitive thoughts. It is a wonderful and powerful essence.

Waratah is also very powerful and is used in cases of depression, especially when you see no way through the black cloud.

I would really recommend you look into these essences and if you decide to take them you can take them all together and they wont interfere with any other remedies or medication.

Incidently you may also want to check out Phos Ac. Good for ailments from grief, and indifference.

All the best and please know that you will get through this.
