Dear Gupil,
This forum is all volunteer when people have time.
Sometimes there is not many people
looking at the forum that day, and the post falls off the forum
front page due to all the other new posts coming in.
If you don't get answers on here, you can post at least two
words on your thread ( people write, "bump up") and that
makes your post go up to the top of the page.
