99 temperature

My 4 years old son has a temperature ranging from 99 or sometimes between 99 and 100F for around 3 months now. Have been consulting to a homeopath for 2 months. His appetite is reduced and does not ask for meals unless forced. Apart from this, he is normal and active in studies as well as physically. does not look like he is tired while playing, just normal. however sometimes complains of stomac ache.
His HB was 10.6 a couple of weeks ago and then we gave him a 125pt blood considering it might increase his immunity and bring the temperature to 98.6.
Today consulted another doctor and he said if his temperature is permanent on 99, it is his normal body temperature now and it is not abnormal. Please advise if this is so.
Please anyone can take up and advise. Thank you

Please give him Nux Vomica 30 in the evening for 7 days.
