cleanse consists of 3 parts for a 2 week program. Its by Gaia herbs. http://www.gaiaherbs.com/product.php?id=145

sry if link is not legit.

if not just do a google search for gaia herbs and youll get their website. first day was a little weird. I dont know if I was tired or what but I felt different like a little buzz

dont know for sure. but while on liver cleanse Im having the best results. but I cant rule out candida. maybe it takes a while for its results. Im thinking the liver cleanse most likely is the reason for clear skin. I dont know why candida causes acne. But its not my opinion, Ive read it somewhere that it can cause it or aggravate it. basically, if you have ever taken antibiotics, get that candida cleanse kit. you most likely have candida overgrowth.
