acl tear
Hello Sir.I have suffered a knee injury while playing and got a MRI done.
According to the reports, I have a complete ACL tear, a grade 3 meniscus tear as well. I want to know if there is any way in which the ligament can heal itself as I do not want to undergo surgery. I have to go abroad to study and I dont want to suffer there. Kindly help. Please

Hi,
Please take Ruta 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 1 time a day, in the morning, for 4 days.
Also, take Arnica 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 1 time a day, in the evening, for 4 days.
Report after 3 days.
