Boils in Right leg

Dear Sir,

I have a small boil in right leg ( in middle of knee & ankle & located sidewise) . when I contacted allopathy doctor he gave me high antibiotic for 5 days & told that the boil will dry out. but I didn't take that medicine. He said that the boil has occurred due to infection in hair follicle of leg. little pus come out daily from the boil. sometimes pains also.

Kindly advise suitable medicine.

Regards,
Alok

Dear Sir,
I am sorry that I was not able to see your reply as I was on tour & no internet connectivity. Meanwhile I took heaper sulph 200 suggested by one local homeo consultant. Now boil has open up & all pus is discharged. the area surrounding the boil appears red. What medicine to follow next?

My recommendation would be not to take any further medication but to apply Calendula lotion and clean the area with it. To be applied to the sore by saturating a piece of linen rag folded into four folds, to keep the sore constantly moist with the lotion, keeping the saturated linen rag in position by means of a bandage.
